How can I contact Just Oofy Perfumes?

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take 4-5 business days. Please check our website banner for any updates.
How long does shipping take?
Transit time is approximately 3-5 business days after shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this point in time.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Returns Made Easy at Just Oofy
We want you to love your purchase! If not, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method or you can choose store credit (+10% bonus).
- If your item arrived defective or damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement if eligible.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, email us within 24 hours of placing your order to see if a change or cancellation is still possible because once an order has already been processed, we cannot make modifications or cancellations.
Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! Our fragrances are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients.
Are your fragrances inspired by designer brands?
Just Oofy Perfumes creates unique interpretations inspired by luxury and niche fragrances. We are not affiliated with any designer brands, nor do we use their formulations. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
