Returns Made Easy at Just Oofy
We want you to love your purchase! If not, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method or you can choose store credit (+10% bonus).
- If your item arrived defective or damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost.
- To start a return, simply email us at cs@justoofy.ca
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement if eligible.
If you need to make changes, email us within 24 hours of placing your order to see if a change or cancellation is still possible because once an order has already been processed, we cannot make modifications or cancellations.
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take 4-5 business days. Please check our website banner for any updates.
Transit time is approximately 3-5 business days after shipping.
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
